Children will be eligible for full time admission to the school in September, at the beginning of the academic year in which they will have their fifth birthday.

According to the capacity of the school, the Published Admission Number for Littleton School is 30. The Government's legislation for class sizes stipulates a ratio of one qualified teacher per 30 children. Where year groups are greater than 30 and other year groups are below capacity, children may be vertically grouped i.e. the class may have mixed year groups. This should not occur after the year 2004/05.
